What is a Council of PTAs?

Once there are more than 7 PTAs in a geographic area (City, Community, or Independent School District), Texas PTA creates a Council to help those PTAs be as successful as possible!  Fun fact – Katy ISD Council of PTAs is made up of 66 PTAs as of July 2022.
